Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Boghara completed his Family Medicine residency at Trover Health System in Kentucky in 2011 and earned an MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Texas in 2015. He has held positions such as Hospitalist Director at Apogee Physicians in Texas, Facility Medical Director at Methodist Charlton Medical Center, and Medical Director at WellMed Medical Management. He founded CareFirst Primary and Wellness Centers in September 2016 by acquiring Adelitas Medical Clinic in Dallas, Texas, and opened a second practice in DeSoto, Texas, in September 2017. By 2019, he acquired ten Family Medicine practices in the Dallas area. In March 2021, he sold CareFirst Medical Group to WellMed Management. In December 2021, he acquired Southern Plains Medical Center in Oklahoma and, in early 2022, More MD in Surprise, Arizona, as well as additional practices in Kingman, Prescott, Gilbert, and Lake Havasu City. Dr. Boghara is also a principal investigator and owner of Epic Medical Research, serving Oklahoma, Arizona, and Texas.

Chief of Operations

Dr. Bhuva manages Clinical Operations in his role as the Director of Provider Services, where he oversees a dedicated team of clinical support staff, which includes Registered Nurses (RNs), Medical Assistants (MAs), and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs). He plays a crucial role in supporting Physicians and Mid-Level Providers to ensure high-quality patient care. Originally from India, Kalpesh made the significant move to York, Pennsylvania, after earning his Medical Degree in 2009 and subsequently completing a Master’s in Public Health at Penn State University Hershey Medical Center. In 2022, he joined CareFirst Medical Management, where he actively collaborates with the medical staff to enhance clinical operations and improve patient outcomes.

Legal Counsel

Chris Kelly has 27 years of experience in healthcare law. He was the General Counsel for several companies, including AmSurg and US Anesthesia Partners. He co-founded a physician staffing company as its Chairman and CEO with the help of private equity firms. He holds two law degrees, including a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Healthcare Law from DePaul University. While at AmSurg, he served as Chair of the Governmental Affairs Committee for the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association in Washington, DC. A graduate of Texas Christian University and the OU College of Law, he specializes in healthcare transactions, particularly supporting physician practices in private equity partnerships.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Patel, CFO of CareFirst Medical Management, LLC, oversees the financial integrity of CFWA operations. He has over 12 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant in private sector and corporate accounting.

Senior Business Analyst

Surya leads data analytics at CareFirst, offering insights on provider performance, patient care, marketing channels, and billing. He also manages financial operations, marketing, and office administration. With over 7 years of experience, he has held roles as Decision Scientist and Sales Regional Leader at Mu Sigma Inc. Surya holds a Bachelor's in Electronics Engineering and a Master's in Data Science from Indiana University Bloomington.

Mrs. Williams is the Corporate Director of Human Resources at CareFirst Wellness Associates, with over 25 years of experience in human resources, employee management, benefits, and payroll. She is committed to fostering a culture that promotes personal and professional growth, empowering employees to reach their full potential.

Corporate Director of Information Technology

Mr. Harrison is the Corporate Director of IT for CareFirst Medical Management. He trained in computers, electronics, and management in the U.S. Navy and completed additional training at MIT. With over 25 years of IT experience, he oversees networks at all locations, ensuring a safe, secure, and HIPAA-compliant environment.
